Insolito Boutique Hotel & Spa, Armacao dos Buzios

I had high hopes for this hotel given its beautiful beach location, but my stay was overshadowed by some serious issues. The staff's quality varied greatly; while there were a few that were fantastic, others seemed to operate without any regard for guests. The room I stayed in was more basic than expected, lacking the luxury feel that matched the hotel's price. Overall, it wasn't the serene experience I was looking for.

I booked the New Years Package and enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The food was amazing, and I loved the extra touches like the free massage and live music. The room was spacious with a fantastic bed, but the service was lacking as I had to ask multiple times for assistance. Overall, it's a good spot but could improve on service consistency.

Overall, it's a fantastic getaway despite these minor setbacks.
